Alicia Maruya is a seasoned property management professional with more than a decade of industry experience and currently serves as Regional Portfolio Manager at Bonavista Management. Alicia is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and hands-on approach, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to the teams and communities she supports. She has a particular strength in stabilizing assets, navigating property transitions, and ensuring site operations are aligned with ownership goals.

Throughout her career, she has led multi-site teams across diverse markets, guided numerous property transitions, launched company-wide training initiatives, and played a key role in systems optimization and financial strategy.
