Amir Larijani joined Bonavista in 2019, bringing with him a strong background in residential property management and a proven commitment to quality service. With over a decade of experience overseeing apartment communities across the greater Seattle area, Amir developed a deep understanding of tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property operations.

In 2023, Amir transitioned into his current role as Commercial Property Manager for Bonavista, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of shopping centers and retail properties throughout western Washington. In this capacity, he applies his extensive management expertise to ensure that each property under his supervision operates efficiently, remains well-maintained, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and visitors alike.
